How Groove
Class Works
A GROOVE session usually lasts for around 60 minutes. The first song invites you to settle in, relax, and connect with your body, and the music. The following songs engage you in movements designed to warm your body up and be ready to dance for the rest of the class. After your body has warmed up, we will dance to different styles, with diverse rhythms and patterns, to enjoyable tracks. At the end of the class, we will dance to the songs that will help to cool your body down and bring you to stillness and relaxation.
