A Healing Mantra from Katsuzo Nishi

A Healing Mantra from Katsuzo Nishi

for energy, strength, and joyful vitality

Each morning, as the light rises and the world stirs awake, I ground myself in a sacred rhythm a practice of movement and mantra that restores my energy and sharpens my spirit.

One of my favourite ways to begin the day is by walking my dogs or flowing through my Nishi Health System exercises. As I move, I quietly recite a mantra that infuses each breath with intention and healing.

It’s long, flowing, and deeply nourishing a spoken prayer for the body and the life within it.

✨ The Mantra:

Every day I feel better and better.

My body is filled with healing energy.

My blood brings oxygen to every cell and organ in my body.

My skin, muscles, and vessels are firm and elastic.

My bones are strong. My joints are flexible.

All organs and systems in my body are subordinate to my brain.

My brain functions well. My memory is sharp.

My nervous system is strong.

My lymphatic system is healthy.

The fluids flow in my body easily, without any obstruction.

My gastrointestinal system functions well.

My feet and legs are strong.

My hands and arms are strong.

My abdominal area is free of any abnormality.

Every day I feel stronger, healthier, more energetic,

and capable of many creative things.”

Take a moment to read that again not just with your eyes, but with your whole being.

🌿 Why This Matters

This mantra is more than words. It’s a living affirmation, a dialogue between you and your body. As you speak it aloud or in silence, you activate healing through awareness, belief, and breath.

Katsuzo Nishi believed that health isn’t just the absence of illness. It’s the presence of harmony between mind and body, movement and stillness, and thought and intention.

Each line of this mantra names and celebrates the systems that keep you alive. It reminds you that your body is resilient, intelligent, and always healing.

💌 An Invitation

This week, I invite you to begin your day with this mantra.

Let it accompany you on your morning walks. Whisper it during your stretches or while you sip warm tea. Speak it slowly like a lullaby for your cells.

Notice how your posture shifts…

how your breath deepens…

how your energy brightens.

You are not just repeating words, you are repatterning your reality with love, clarity, and conscious healing.

Let me know how it feels to make this part of your day. I’d love to hear your reflections.

With deep love and radiant health,

Ludmila

Teaching in the Age of Emerging Technologies

I loved teaching and had a lot of fun engaging future teachers in learning to be unique and creative in their classrooms. For me, teaching was personal. I introduced a tradition to celebrate students’ learning at the end of the semester by inviting them to my home and introducing them to my culture.
