Groove:
It is so healthy and natural to do Groove Dance Exercises in the beautiful parks of Goshen, on the private or town’s lawns, and in the surrounding areas.
With the wide blue sky above you, the fresh air, lots of space, and the nicest dancers you will GROOVE with for 60 minutes it will be so enjoyable and healing! You will move to different styles of music, in your own way. As a facilitator, I will coach you to do some movement steps, but there is no right or wrong way to do them, you find what feels good for you. The intention for the class is – to spend time in, and connect TO NATURE! And MAKE YOUR BODY FEEL GOOD! Feet in the grass, hug a tree, walk in the forest, and enjoy the beautiful planet we live in!
We can do it with or without headphones. However, with the Silent Disco system, it is even better as you get headphones that fit well, and you can hear the music and the voice of the groove dance facilitator (you can also regulate the volume yourself, always within a healthy hearing range).
