Young at Heart Groove

Join me for a Fun Groove Dance! Be ready to feel a little bit silly, and goofy, but very happy! This session is designed for anybody, including the more seasoned but Young at Heart Groovers or even for anyone challenged with mobility. We rock this class seated or standing with the same vigor of GROOVE but with modified moves.
