Last night, I experienced something truly special — the kind of gathering that reminds you why community matters so deeply.
Thanks to a genius idea by Christine Marie, women from all over the Hudson Valley came together simply to meet, connect, and be seen. And wow… the energy in the room was unforgettable.

Women of all ages and backgrounds were there — business owners, retired women, young women just beginning their journeys, and everything in between. What united us wasn’t a title or a role, but a shared hunger:
a hunger for connection
a hunger to tell our stories

Last night, I experienced something truly special — the kind of gathering that reminds you why community matters so deeply.

Women of all ages and backgrounds were there — business owners, retired women, young women just beginning their journeys, and everything in between. What united us wasn’t a title or a role, but a shared hunger:
a hunger for connection
a hunger to tell our stories
a hunger to be heard
You could feel it in every conversation. These women were thirsty for real connection — listening deeply, sharing openly, laughing, reflecting, and supporting one another without judgment. It was raw, honest, and incredibly alive.
Personally? I was on fire.
I had the opportunity to share about my business and invite women into the world of Groove Dance, and the response completely filled my heart. Several women took my business card, snapped photos, and showered me with the kindest compliments. A few even told me I was a bright spot of the entire event — something I don’t take lightly and feel deeply grateful for.
Moments like this remind me why I do what I do.
Movement. Music. Community. Joy.
They are not luxuries — they are necessities.
This gathering was proof that women are craving spaces where they can show up as they are, connect authentically, and rediscover their spark. And I’m so honored to have been part of it.
Huge gratitude to Christine Marie for bringing this beautiful vision to life, and to every woman who showed up with an open heart. I left inspired, energized, and more committed than ever to creating spaces where women can move, express, and GROOVE together.
If we met there — I can’t wait to dance with you
And if you’re reading this and feeling that same hunger for connection… you’re not alone.
More to come
